Biography
Master in Remote Sensing, specialist in research management and administration, with more than 15 years of experience in leadership positions, scientific research, teaching in higher education and management of the CTeI to strengthen research processes and dynamics in geospatial technologies and analysis of the territory, mainly in public institutions. Currently, in the management of basic and space science research at the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation of Colombia.
