Indigenous communities' cultural heritage and knowledge about natural resources, including water, urgently needs to be considered and protected. This feature invites Indigenous people, especially but not limited to those who play a key role with regard to water in their community to share their knowledge about this valuable resource, their concerns about its state, and the changes in aquatic or water-related environments they observe, among other topics. Every featured individual has a profile page and is featured in an interview. Indigenous people can apply to be part of the initiative by filling out this form.
Find links to the water-related challenges shared by a member of an Indigenous community on their profile pages.
